In Loučka near Nový Jičín there is a memorial plaque dedicated to Ing. František Orlit, a native of this village. František Orlita was born on 20 October 1903 in Loučka and worked as a postal clerk. He was arrested during the Heydrichiad in 1942, imprisoned in Kounic's dormitory in Brno and executed on 30 June 1942. A memorial plaque is located on the birthplace of František Orlita in Loučka.
