Karel Stiborsky was a town councillor and was also, in particular, a master of pharmacy at the White Angel Pharmacy on the square in Nový Jičín. His father-in-law was the owner of this building. Karel Stiborsky took over the house and the pharmacy and started building alterations on the house, the author of which was the aforementioned Hugo Blum. He also left behind works of art, photographs valued in professional circles. He was a member of several associations in Nový Jičín. His tombstone is also the work of Leopold Hohl.
