Trekking poles can be rented at the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) reception desk located within the Visitor Centre (NCNJ). To rent them, you must present a valid form of identification, provide a refundable deposit, and sign a rental agreement and handover protocol. This service is available year-round during the Visitor Centre’s operating hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00, and Saturday–Sunday 9:00–16:00.

The rental fee is 20 CZK per person per day for one set of trekking poles. A refundable deposit of 500 CZK per set is required. The deposit will be returned to the customer upon the return of the trekking poles—which must be clean and undamaged—to our TIC–NCNJ branch in Nový Jičín. Both the rental fee and the refundable deposit must be paid in cash.

We have 10 sets of trekking poles available. These are 3-section, anodized, telescopic trekking poles (Fizan PRESTIGE brand) featuring neoprene grips. Each set consists of one pair of poles. The maximum rental period is 3 days.
