The small village of Bernartice nad Odrou spreads around the Odra River, is surrounded by rich fauna and flora and also belongs to the Poodří Protected Landscape Area.

In the village you can visit a number of monuments:

• Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary, a cultural monument at the National Heritage Institute.
• Monument to the Fallen and Martyred, a memorial to the victims of the World Wars standing by the church
• Forest Mill on the Odra River
