Hostašovice
The village is known as a major European watershed. A natural monument is the spring of the Zrzávka River, which is remarkable for its special mineral composition. If you go further south from the spring, you will find another natural monument, the Domoraz Meadows, with protected plants, such as the Mayflower. Another natural attraction is the Jaštěrka spring - its source is divided into two, each flowing into a different sea. This phenomenon is called bifurcation.
The village is largely covered by forests, which directly encourage walking, hiking or cycling on well-maintained forest paths. In addition to the natural beauty, we can admire the chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius, built in 1850. Every year on the 5th of July a holy pilgrimage mass is held here. In front of the chapel there is a stone cross from 1876.
