In the village, located southeast of Nový Jičín, you can visit the Church of St. George, the Chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows or the Red Army Monument. Traditionally there is a pilgrimage in April, in May a tourist march around Mořkov, in July the village organizes the Day of the village Mořkov and in autumn there is an event called the Mořkov cake.

On the outskirts of the village you can also find the Riding Club at Jurášek. The club is dedicated to recreational riding, sponsors a children's club and even some of the club's advanced riders participate in competitions. There is also a wooden log cabin, which is used by campers during the summer months and rented to the public during the year.
